We offer both soft and hard collection services to clients. Our debt collection department is resourced with systems and dedicated personnel to ensure maximum effectiveness. We collect on all manner of bad debt, including loans for commercial banks and micro-lenders and arrear rentals.
Soft collection entails collecting bad debts for creditors by means other than through legal action. We offer the service to clients on a no-collection-no-fee basis. Our remuneration for services rendered is based on an agreed rate of collection commission with the client.
In addition to our soft collection service, we offer creditors the option of pursuing the recovery of debts through legal action. This is referred to as hard collection. This service entails obtaining court orders for the recovery of the judgment debt and then executing writs of execution through deputy sheriffs.
