Babuseng & Maswabi was established by young, professional attorneys who are passionate about the practice of law. Our practice style is aimed at providing efficient and cost-effective legal solutions to our clients.

The partners in the firm are Eddie Ofitlhile Babuseng, Maswabi Mwando Maswabi and Itumeleng Babuseng. They are assisted by an associate attorney and a consultant. Corporate Social Responsibility
As a law firm, we understand that we operate within a social context where there is often critical need. As such, we acknowledge the responsibility we have to our community and fellow Batswana, and we endeavour to always honour that. As such, we have dedicated hours to allow our lawyers to consistently carry out pro bono work. Where there is financial need, and we are able to, we will provide monetary donations. We have provided and continue to provide pro bono legal services to Sentebale Charity, an NGO organisation registered in Botswana and headquartered in the United Kingdom. The organisation aims to positively transform the lives of Batswana orphans and vulnerable children, many of whom are victims of poverty and HIV/AIDS.
